How to Use ATS Trends

Against the spread (ATS) records tell you how often a team covers the point spread — the number oddsmakers use to level the playing field between favorites and underdogs. A team that's 35-20 ATS is covering at 63.6%, meaning the market is consistently undervaluing them.

The sharpest edges live in the splits. A team might be 20-10 ATS at home but 10-15 on the road. Or they might cover 70% of the time as an underdog but only 45% as a favorite. These situational trends are where informed bettors find value that the public overlooks.

We track ATS records for every NBA, MLB, and NHL team, updated daily. Each sport page lets you sort by overall ATS, home/away, favorite/underdog, over/under, and last-10 performance. Combine these trends with our matchup breakdowns and daily AI picks for the full picture.
